CEFC Youth Camp 2011

Anyone who has been to a previous Youth Camp can tell you that the rally isn’t merely a gathering, or another Friday Night event. It’s a time to invite friends, or be invited by friends to taste a small sampling of what’s to come during the summer.

If this is your first time hearing about our rally, or you’ve mysteriously gotten an invitation, WAIT! DO NOT PRESS DELETE OR IGNORE! We’d love to come meet you. Don’t ignore the invitation to go. Your friends thought enough to invite you to come for a spectacular night of fun. If you can’t make it, we’re sorry to hear that, but we hope you’ll join us for the real party in July.

Camper Alumnists, bring your friends for a night of worship, of surprises, and laughs. The record we’ve seen was someone bringing ten friends. Anyone want to set a new record? It’s always fun to try to beat. Let us help you out too. Use our Facebook invite to invite all your friends.

For those unable to attend, let me be the first to invite YOU to join us on July 3-5 for Youth Camp 2009! We’re heading to Crestline, CA for a couple of days of getting away from the complexities of life down here Los Angeles.

We would love that you would come and join us. It’s an opportunity to hang out with old friends, as well as make new friends that will last you a lifetime.

It’s an opportunity to be challenged, to grow, to learn, and to be changed.

Don’t forget it’s this Friday, May 22nd is our Rally. Doors open at 7PM. Don’t be late!

It has begun…

Youth Camp registration is ongoing, and for those of you who missed early registration, fear not for registration is still open!

The better part is that we still have PLENTY of room for everyone to come! So invite your friends, bring a brother or sister along! Plus you’re in for a special treat this year at Youth Camp. If you want to know, well guess you’ll have to come and find out what’s special about this year’s Youth Camp.

O yes here’s the registration form for those of you who are needing it to give to a friend. Please do note that this year departure is VERY different. We do not leave in the evening, but rather FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. DEPARTURE TIME: 8AM!!! Please don’t be late!

I’m sitting somewhere in the San Gabriel Valley thinking about tomorrow really. Somewhere in Temple City are a bunch of Youth Camp volunteers whipping up goodies, treats, baked goods, for tomorrow. Just what is tomorrow?

It’s the Youth Camp Bake Sale! Money raised from the fundraiser goes towards helping to offset some costs and of course pay for people who are at a disadvantage finanicially but still want to goto Youth Camp!

So what’s going to be at the there? Let’s see. Last year, we’ve had fresh, fudged, brownies covered in nuts, homemade chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies, spam masubi, almond jello, warm coffee, tea. And of course, it never hurts to have dim-sum.

Hmm…mouth is watering. Gotta go eat dinner! Cyah tommorow bright and early! !
